BOUDOIR FAQ
Can we do the shoot someplace else? Definitely! I’m open to any ideas you might have about your boudoir shoot. Remember – mild or wild – it’s totally up to you what we do for your session.
What if I want to do the shoot at my house instead? Again, not a problem! Especially if your house gets some great daylight and you’ve got some cool furnishings, I’m game for anything.
How long does the session last? Generally about an hour to ninety minutes.
Are hair and makeup included? Hair and makeup are not included in the price of the session fee. It is highly recommended you get these services done before the start of your session. If you need suggestions on where to go, email Dorothy at dorothy@disphoto.com for a list of salons that provide exception services.
How many outfits can I bring? As many as you’d like!
What should I bring? Again, that depends on what kind of session you want to have. Does he have a favorite shirt or tie you’d like to wear? Or how about a fave sports team? If you have questions, just ask!
Do you retouch? You betcha! Proofs will be retouched before you even see them. Retouching eliminates & softens wrinkles, fine lines, stretch marks, cellulite and acne. You’ll look hot – guaranteed!
I’m really nervous, can I bring a friend? If you need the moral support, then definitely. Your friend is more than welcome to come hang out and drink champagne with us. But honestly, everyone is nervous when they show up. Luckily, I’m pretty easy going and by the time we’re done talking (and laughing) you’ll be having a great time!
My friends and I want to do this together, do we get a discount? With a minimum of three friends, discounts will apply. Email me at dorothy@disphoto.com for info and rate information.
Will I show up on your website and blog? Not unless you want to. The model release allows for three options: shown online, not be shown online and to be shown online but no face photos. I never use full names on the blog, so discretion is insured.
