trash the dress…with paint|sarasota trash the dress photography

Maria contacted me months ago.. from the Middle East!  :-)  She and hubby Jim are in the military and Maria was one on-top-of-it bride, planning everything from over there with precision.  The only thing she couldn’t plan for was the weather!  When both of them arrived in the U.S., they were stuck in their respective airports due to snow.  Luckily, everything cleared and they were both able to fly in, just in time for their wedding and the special trash the dress session Maria had planned, which involved paint!!

When Maria told me she wanted to use paint, I was super, super excited!  Most brides opt for a safer session, like the beach, but Maria really wanted to “trash” her dress for good.  She had seen other photos using paint and loved them – so she made me promise not to let her back out since her dress was beautiful.  That was one promise I could keep!:-) She chose hot pink & green and I armed them both with squirt bottles full to the brim with paint.  What ensued was an all-out paint war!

Maria & Jim, thank you so much for letting me be a part of this!  The both of you were so much fun and I had a blast!!  I wish you safe travels and a lifetime of joy &  happiness!:-) I look forward to seeing the BOTH of you again one day!!

Dorothy, I want to thank you for being such an amazing photographer! I enjoyed my paint trash the dress session and look forward to doing my boudoir with you in the future. You are by far the best photographer I have ever encountered, and made Jim and I feel so comfortable. I would recommend you to anyone and I talk about you like I know you!!! I love your photos and am amazed at the beautiful photography and work of art you create!
